Delete CatDo cloud account
Signing in with Google creates an optional CatDo cloud account used to back up gameplay progress in Firebase. Deleting that account removes the associated Firebase Authentication user and Firestore save. It does not uninstall CatDo or automatically wipe progress stored only on a phone.
In the CatDo app
- Open Settings → Account and sign in if needed.
- Tap Delete cloud account.
- Confirm. Deletion of cloud data is immediate.

Email us from the Google account you used with CatDo. We will delete the matching Firebase user and cloud save, usually within 7 days and no later than 30 days.
Or write catdosupport@gmail.com with the subject “CatDo account deletion request” and the Google email on the account.
What is deleted
- Firebase Authentication record for that Google sign-in
- Cloud Firestore gameplay save linked to that account
Local CatDo data on a device remains until you clear CatDo storage or uninstall the app. Sign-out alone does not delete the cloud account.
